- Rob's international travel career sparked his passion for writing about cuisine and food culture.
- He has been published in many media outlets around the world.
- He joined Static Media in early 2025 with bold ambitions to significantly impact the Tasting Table brand.
Experience
Rob has been a professional SEO writer for over 15 years and is highly experienced in digital marketing. He also founded and ran a public relations and marketing agency for over nine years. His writing journey began far earlier than his professional career when he wrote his first short novel at the age of 16. Since then, his love for the written word has continued to grow. It was in 2005 that he discovered an insatiable appetite for travelling around the world and penning the various unique dishes that he came upon. His two passions were combined, setting him on a journey that would take him to far-flung destinations with an intrepid spirit and a hunger for more. Rob's passion for the written word and deep understanding of ever-evolving SEO best practices have helped many brands worldwide create interesting and relevant content that ties directly into broader digital marketing strategies.
Education
Rob completed his high school diploma (with distinction) in 1998, after which he studied public relations at Michael Brown & Associates, London (with a focus on writing). He then obtained a marketing management diploma in 2008 before completing his Yale School of Management Digital Marketing certificate in 2021.
